Board of Directors
We’re an independent company and it’s a family affair involving husband and wife team Paul and Tina Conway, Paul’s son Karl Edwards and mother and son team Judith and Matthew Allen. Tina, Paul and Karl had worked with Judith and Matthew on various successful property projects and they decided to bring together their skills and experience to form Allen Conway Property Services Ltd. Thanks to their shared experience and passion for property, and first-hand knowledge of what works, and what doesn’t work (as both landlords and management companies), the board of directors use their knowledge, experience, and best practice ethos to provide a first-class service to landlords, tenants, and right-to-manage clients.
Paul is an experienced property investor and Director of sister company, Conway Accounting and Financial Solutions Ltd., along with his wife Tina.
Conway Accounting and Financial Solutions Ltd. provides accountancy, taxation, and payroll services.
Paul and Tina use their extensive financial services knowledge and experience to manage Allen Conway Property Services’ accounting and taxation support for landlords, investors and block management clients.
Paul is also a landlord with experience in both UK and European properties.

Karl developed a passion for property after becoming a serial networker at local property events.
After buying his first buy-to- let property in Rustington which required a full refurbishment, Karl moved on to develop a five-bedroom house in central Worthing, into a nine-bedroom HMO.
Karl also runs his own company, Sussex Properties 2U Ltd, and manages a portfolio of HMO’s between Brighton and Chichester.
Karl is an NLA (National Landlords Association) registered landlord.
Judith previously owned an inventory service company, working with local independent estate agents.
In 2009, Judith established one of the first on-line estate agents.
Working mainly in Surrey, for high-end property owners, Judith mastered the internet to sell homes for owners who wanted a bespoke and private sale.
Judith and her son Matthew started investing in property three years ago and have quickly built a successful portfolio of HMO houses for students and young professionals.

Matthew started his career as an estate agent in Guildford, before moving to Cubitt and West in Chichester where he became the top sales negotiator.
Along with property investments, Matthew and mother Judith, have also refurbished a residential home in Southampton to create an 8-bed care home for service users with specialised health needs.
As well as his shared property investments with Judith, Matthew continues to grow his own property portfolio.
